These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between DREAM OUTLET CENTER - L.L.C ("Store", "we", "us") and visitors, customers, and website users ("you"). By visiting our store in Al Naglah Industrial Area, Al Ain, UAE, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Retail Outlet Operations & Store Rules

• Operating Hours: DREAM OUTLET CENTER - L.L.C is open daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM midnight (UAE local time). Operating hours may vary on public holidays or special events as announced on our social media pages.
• Pricing & Markdowns: All displayed prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines. Advertised discounts of "up to 50% off" apply to selected items and stock lines.
• Stock Availability: Item availability displayed on our website or social media channels is subject to in-store sales and rotation. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment in cash (AED) as well as major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, contactless NFC payments). All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase before items are removed from the store premises.

4. Exchange & Refund Policy

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020):

• Exchanges: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the original tax invoice, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retains all original tags and packaging.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, beauty products, and opened perfume bottles cannot be exchanged unless defective.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued only in the event of a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

All content published on this website and our official social media handles—including logos, text, graphic designs, icons, images, and software code—is the property of DREAM OUTLET CENTER - L.L.C or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

DREAM OUTLET CENTER - L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, minor price discrepancies, or temporary stock outages. While we make every effort to ensure accurate stock representations, inventory rotates rapidly.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Al Ain / Abu Dhabi, UAE.
